Brief

The project details are discussed. We will cover the concept, the vision(feeling and what is to be conveyed) price, and deadline/timeframe.At this stage I will also need any reference material you have or would like me to use.

*I charge a 50%percent downpayment before I start sketching.

Concept Sketch

Once the brief has been discussed and down payment has cleared I will begin sketching. In this phase I layout the composition, basic structure for characters and/or environment as well as any text or logo layout.

*Bare in mind that sketches are not always highly detailed and not exact to the final outcome of artwork. Please respect the artistic process in making changes and decisions that result in the best possible outcome for the work.

Preview/Approval

The sketch will be delivered via email or text previewing the overall idea and layout. At this time, please state your comments and/or adjustments. I do allow small revisions that take no longer than 2 days of work, anything beyond that will be charged $60 per hour.

Inking/Finalizing

This is the final stage where everything starts coming together. Upon completion of the artwork you will receive a final preview of the artwork, along with a mock-up(if needed or asked for), as well as the remaining invoice for payment.

Completion & Transfer

After the final payment has cleared I will send all files (Ai, PDF, Jpeg, Tiff, and PSD), as well as any other file type requested of all artworks discussed, via we transfer.
